It has never ceased, hasn't it? Way too distracting, I don't quite like it. However, some of my thoughts aren't within my grasp.
I took in both of you guys' advices and hopped on to a bus to work today instead of my usual public transport- cab. It felt strange, as though it was my virgin bus ride. Well, sortaaa.
Guess what, I was deployed as the bar runner, again! Okay, this was my second shot at it. Funny as it seems, I had a good feeling about being the bar runner this time, unlike previously. It was indeed pretty relaxing for me as we barely had much crowd, so I helped out with everything else I could. Hanah juggled between greeter and B, whereas May Ann did runner and A. Nadz was working, which implied that he was the MOD, which implied that he did the deployment, which implied that he was the one who put me as bar runner.
Anyhow, barely two hours on the floor, Hanah and I started to grumble how hungry we were. When we finally got our break, both of us were ecstatic at the thought of food. To our disappointment, the staff meal was pretty sad. Let me see, rice, and, chicken? That's all.
Apparently, when it was time for Hanah, Mon, Ash and I to get on the floor, there were only like two tables? So Charie put us on hold first. All we did was talk and talk and talk. Need I say more?
Crowd gradually came in, but I wouldn't even say it was packed on a Sunday night. Mon and Ash were on the floor already, so it was only left with Hanah and I. She told me several stories about her cats and all. Well, I would say I have learnt a couple of things from her. Pretty interesting stuff. We shared Hot Fudge along the way as well.
At about 2015, Charie came in and told us that only one would be needed, so Hanah was spared, but I was fine with working again. I was to take over Mon at 2030. So basically, Mon only worked for an hour.
Highlight of the day was that Ween came down! My soulmate and cheese came to pick me up from work and we headed home together :D
Four messages down. Probably (12-4=8) eight more to go(:
